I have been using this product, as well as many other Swanson products for several years. Lycopene has long been touted to be helpful for prostrate issues like enlargement and even prostrate cancer. It works by shrinking prostrate tissue thus lowering PSA scores. Lycopene works best in combination with vita E. The recommended amount most helpful for that is 30MG a day. I've only had my PSA checked once so I can't yet determine how well it works, but will continue taking it to be on the safe side. The quality of Swanson's lycopene very good and they are a dependable company to deal with.
