About the Author

Ralph Wright was born in Fayetteville NC on April 13, 1957. He attended East Carolina University and is a certified PHR (Professional in Human Resources). He spent 8 years as a Decontamination Foreman at a nuclear power plant and worked for several years as a Manager in the Human Resources department of a large textile company. He currently lives in Richmond VA with his wife Dawn. The couple have three grown children and own RHW Publishing Company.
