Lyle's Golden Syrup tastes great on cornbread, pancakes, muffins, and waffles.
Lyle's Golden Syrup Lyle's Golden Syrup has a unique and distinctive flavor, and is much better for pancakes, and for baking treacle pudding, than regular corn syrup.
It's been very hard to find in recent years, though, so I'm delighted to find it here.
