terrible design,
I purchased this product and set it up only to be very dissappointed by the lack of clips to secure the shoe rack at the bottom of the door. I called the company and they sent me more clips, but they only worked for the top of rack. Shoes all fell off and were in a pile everytime I closed door. I packed it up and sent it back.

Do not even think of wasting your money on this product.,
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is a complete rip-off at any price. Unless you are planning to hang one pair of shoes per row, the plastic snap-together frame cannot handle a heavy load. After you hammer (yes, the directions actually recommend using a hammer to pound flimsy metal rods into molded plastic) the three sections together, each section is joined to the other by snapping together two little S-joints and then hanging the entire unit over a door. During assembly, the plastic cracked in two spots, even though I had stopped using the recommended hammer by that point. Simple hand pressure cracked the plastic. Once shoes were put on the unit, more of the plastic cracked. Eventually, the whole thing became useless literally overnight. We bought this unit at Meijer for only 25.99 and I'm taking it back, even though I fully expect to receive nothing more than an apology. If you're in the market for more shoe storage, do not waste you money with this.

Don't buy this,
This review is from: Lynk 36-Pair Over-the-Door Shoe Rack (Kitchen)
This rack has never worked. It is flimsy and the parts seperate constantly. Shoes fly off when you move the door... so what's the point?Very poor design and certainly not worth it.

Save your Money,
This is near impossible to get together. Once you firmly tap the metal units into one side they will not go into the opposite side and keep popping out. After a half hour of frustration, I packed the whole thing up and am returning it.

Great addition to the closet!,

This review is from: Overdoor Shoe Rack
This shoe rack was easy to put together and hang on the door. Since I cannot put holes in my door this was perfect and holds my shoe boxes too. Shoes don't fly off the shelves like other shoe racks I have had, when the door is opened and closed. The bracket was easy to use and can be adjusted if I need to use it on a thicker door.
