Before I started taking Lyprinol I read this book. It's a bit technical as it's written by a physician, but that's what I wanted: a more scientific view and not just anecdotal evidence. I passed the book along to a friend who is an allergist and he's going to try Lyprinol on a patient that suffers from multiple inflammatory diseases. If you are considering taking Lyprinol I recommend you read this book first and talk with your doctor as well.
