Amigos lo que ofrece este libro es un curso que ayudara a tener control sobre nuestro órgano mas importante de nuestro cuerpo LA MENTE es increíble cuantas cosas podemos lograr con el pensamiento las posibilidades son casi infinitas sin embargo muy poca gente tiene el conocimiento de estas habilidades que de hecho tenemos desde que nacemos el mundo real y las situaciones estresantes de la vida cada vez nos alejan mas de la posibilidad de acércanos un poco a nuestro interior y poder trabajar con nuestra mente, para los que les guste meditar ESTE LIBRO ES PARA USTEDES pues aquí no solo aprenderán a meditar también aprenderán a hacer cosas increíbles que muchos consideran imposibles por medio de la meditación a mi este curso me ha dado muchisima paz en mi vida ha centrado mis pensamientos he obtenido salud y vivo muy bien gracias a este curso lo recomiendo ampliamente, este libro debería estar en las manos de todo ser humano y sin duda este mundo cambiaría, ¿quieres saber porque? entonces COMPRA EL LIBRO!!

No he podido leer el libro y nunca podré leerlo completo, puesto que varias de sus páginas se encuentran en blanco.

Me costó trabajo encontrar el libro y no podré leerlo. Me pesa tanto que les compraría otro ejemplar, pero nada garantiza que no me llegue con páginas en blanco también.

I've been interested in self actualization for many years, read and enjoyed The Silva Mind Control, "El Metodo Silva de Control Mental", in the 80's and wanted to get a spanish version for my Costa Rican wife who speaks little english. BAM ripped me off, said they had the book and got me to pay for a membership, then it was not available, "We consider this this transaction completed." Not! Don't get in between readers and their books. Amazon not only listed this out of publication book, they ACTUALLY had it and shipped it to me, from England. Took a little bit, but we are enjoying learning together the simple techniques used by Silva to create a more positive mind set. Self actualization that anyone can do. Fun read too as it made us remember the 70's and 80's when we all thought anything was possible, and it was, just not all of it nice. We hope to reconnect to those earlier selves,Creative Visualization: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Your Life (Gawain, Shakti) and this books as good a place as any to start. I'm still reading the book, but I had something bothering me and with the mental control method.... I could work it out perfectly....

So I will recomend you this book....
