This product pretty much works as advertised. Works well in cutting off drafts between a door and its frame (not under the door). Also works decently well in cutting down sound. Don't expected it to completely sound proof the door, but it does muffle the sound of the TV and radio and voices from within the room. Make sure you thoroughly clean the surface you are applying this to. The adhesive will come off if you do not. I feel the adhesive could be stronger as well.

I really like this weatherstripping. It is really easy to use (just measure and cut, then stick on), and it has made a huge difference with our drafty old wood windows.

inexpensive way to improve the seals on doors. This is one of the less expensive...and thinner. Make sure you check the gaps in your seals before ordering.

I purchased the M-D Building Products 2253 High Density Foam Tape for use to address some creaks in my car caused by rubbing parts. The product is foam with double-sided tape on both sides. The double-sided tape is not that sticky and therefore not very effective in applying to any surface. It works well for wedging between gaps (such as a window crack that is not planning to be opened for awhile). I have seen other foam tape with better stickiness properties. I will have to pass on this one next time I need this item.

This was easy to use and gets the job done. We have a huge gap in between the door and the the molding around it, with the tape in place the draft is reduced significantly.

I have a 3 story townhouse. The garage/front porch entry get very cold in the winter (at least 20 degrees difference from the 3rd floor). Applied the foam to both doors to make a better seal. It has made a coupe degree difference overall, which for a couple bucks saves a lot more in heating cost. A pleasant side effect, it helps to drown out some noise from traffic as well. Built in 2006, these townhouses were constructed quite poorly I'm finding. Products like this make for easy and satisfying upgrades.

I spent an hour trying to work with this product and it did not have enough adhesive power to stick. What a waste of time and money!

This strip does not stick! We tried to seal window frames - 2 weeks later almost all strips are flying free or just fall down.

I measured the gap in my door and this foam tape is still to thick. I will try thinner one but different brand, as this one doesn't stick to the door frame very well. I use rubbing alcohol to remove dirt from the surface and by the time I was finishing taping, the upper part was already coming unstuck.

The product is good. I like the thickness for weather seal but it doesn't stick to my wall too well. I have no other complains but this is critical. If it's easy to fall off, it doesn't help that much..
