Product as described, but I needed to use more nails than instructions said for the seal to fit tight. There were enough nails, but I didn't need to use all of the seal. It should help in the cold weather as I had alot of space between the door & door jam. I'd buy again.

Great product but trying to use all those little nails was a bit much for me. I used my staple gun to help and it worked great!

Plenty extra for a 7' x 16' garage door opening. Helps to have a helper going across the top but I used a 7' ladder to support the seal as I nailed it up. worked out great. The plentiful supplied roofing nails are exposed to the outside for those who care. A bit of white paint concealed the nail heads well.

This item is easy to install and works great. It's made of a softer material than I've seen before, allowing it to be handled easier, yet it is very durable. It was easy to secure to the door frame, and it ensures a tight seal, keeping out heat, moisture, and light. I highly reccomend this product, as it will help keep the garage warm during the winter time.

This seal works well keeping out the mosquitos and keeping in the conditioned air for our garage in south Florida. It does a good job with wind driven rain as well. I found it difficult to simultaneously hold the strip firmly in place, hold the nail and hammer it in. I only have two hands so I used zip screws and a nut driver on the cordless drill. Installed in no time at all, but some may not like the exposed screw heads. Make sure to install with the door closed to ensure a proper seal. I gave it four stars because of the nearly impossible (or very awkward and time consuming) installation with nails. Otherwise, works great.

I bought 2 packages of top and side garage door seals + a package of door bottom seal. All were easy to install on 2 one-car-size metal garage doors. The seals are tight; there is very little air leakage and no water leakage at all. One note: I had to increase the closing power on the garage door openers because the seals are tight and increase drag on the doors. Excellent products!

Had made my own out of cardboard before buying this. Trust me, the cardboard worked much better. This stuff is OK if you don't have, or can't make, anything else but it only partially seals. The material is too stiff and it's very wavy/wrinkly. Doesn't seal all that well. It's better than nothing if it's all you can find but my cardboard version was better.
