This cover offers much more protection than the Sony cover I originally bought. I love that the inside is very soft and it has pockets that I use for paper notes, a small cleaning cloth and extra memory cards. The flap closure works very well to keep the cover tightly closed. My biggest concern was protecting the screen from possible punctures since I carry it in a handbag on occasion. I don't worry about punctures with this cover. This cover is much more rigid than the Sony cover. However, it isn't rigid at the spine so it folds back easily and I do fold mine all the way to the back when reading. It was a little stiff at first but limbered after a few times. I also really like the way the LED light (sold separately) integrates with the cover.

I recently recieved this product from m edge. It holds my device securely. Just like the other fine jackets m edge produces and markets, it has pockets for cards and memory cards. I carry my driver's license and debit card in it as I have my ebook reader with me every where. It holds the eluminator 2 book light nicely as well. Just make sure you bend the cover back completely or the light will pop out as you try to move it into position to use it.

I live in Australia and was unable to buy this item through the Amazon site. I purchased it instead direct from the M-edge website(still in the US), surprisingly without diffculty. Seems rather odd. Anyway, full credit to Fed-Ex and Australia Port, it arrived in 5 days (which included a weekend).
A well-made quality product which will protect my e-reader for years (in fact, it will doubtless outlast the e-reader).
My only quibble (and the reason for 3 starts instead of 5), the depicted colour is misleading. I expected a stylish, marbled burgundy, instead its glossy fire-engine red. Disappointing. Oh, well, I suppose I won't lose it...

This is a superb leather ebook cover. I purchased a Sony Reader Touch and it came with a faux leather cover that was flemsy. Sony didn't offer a leather cover. I found this one on a google search and decided to order this one. It is wonderful. Thick leather outer with a suede inside and on the inside left there are pockets of different sizes for cards or papers. In the spine there is a place for a pen. On the right side you have the anchors for the reader itself and at the top a slot for an ebook light. There is a flap closure that slides into the front of the left side and keeps it securely closed. This cover comes in a variety of great vivid colors. I have a red Sony Read and I purchaced the red leather M-Edge cover. I'm thinking seriously about ordering a purple one because I love this one so much.

The case arrived on time and in wonderful condition. I love it as an addition to my new Sony eReader. I plan on taking the eReader with me for my trip to Germany and this will be a wonderful way in which to carry and store it.
