This is the first Creatine product I have tried, and I am glad I did. I felt the effects the first couple of days I tried it. I imediately had more strength and over the bottle I noticed a big increase in muscle size! Definetly worth a try! MRI has some of the best supplements there is and usually the price reflects that.

When you're ready to kick the water retention of powdered creatine and want to keep your size, this product is great. Good for use year round or during cutting periods. 30-45 mins pre-workout and 30 mins before a meal opposite end of the day works best.

I like how creatine is in the pill form and the price wasnt bad. However the overall results werent all that. thought it was gonna be better than what it was.I did have noticable gains and all but it wanst worth the price to stack with n02 black. I will probly buy this again if its on sale at a great price, but im not gonna go looking for it.
