The seat post moves up and down, and left to right. I was looking for something that only went up and down, I guess that's why these ones are going for so cheap. There is not a thing you can do to stop it from wobbling left and right, I guess you could weld it and make into a regular seat post without the suspension. I already have one of those though, I guess I just wasted $13 on this. Hopefully I can save some people the $13.

Within a week of using this, the inside mechanism broke. I took it apart and tried to fix it, but the plastic piece that holds it together was done. Don't waste your time on this post, because once it breaks inside, there are too many parts, so you'll have to glue or weld it together just to not twist as you ride.

Very cheap, looks nice, works fine. However, it cannot hold the seat tight in side ways. While biking, the seat swings (slightly though). For the price, not a bad deal, but not a great deal either.
