Note that the other review (of only 2-stars) regards that customer's personal experience with service/shipping, not the M-Wave luggage trailer per se. By contrast, I found the M-Wave itself a top-notch, extremely solid luggage trailer great for everything from touring (I uploaded the customer pics) to local grocery hauling. It would last decades for the latter, the roughest conditions for the former: I can't tell you how many times I pulled it off a road or a bike trail through brush or worse. Not only is the M-Wave strongly built but highly adaptable (see my pics). My own experience with shipping was completely different than the 2-star review: I was surprised how simple the M-Wave was to assemble and hitch. I had been on a backpacking journey out West all summer and had just bought a bicycle that I struggled with for hours to get on the road. The M-Wave, on the other hand, was ready to go in about 20 minutes from opening the box - assembly was mostly by hand with few parts, and everything was tightly packed and complete. The M-Wave folds up neatly and quickly once you're home - even if "home" is a motel room once a week, as it was for me for a long time yet to come.

I love the M-Wave folding bicycle trailer. It's great for going to the store and running errands where you can't put everything in your bike baskets. I don't even own a car.

Received trailer and began to put together. As I unpacked it was clear this package had been opened and repacked very half haphazardly. I soon discovered that parts are missing. Being this was sold and shipped by Amazon they should be responsible for parts. Unfortunately Amazon has gone to great efforts to make it impossible to contact them for replacement parts as the most likely reason for the missing parts is this was a returned item that they did not check and chose to ship to me or one of their staff opened and lost parts.
Overall this appears to be a good trailer. A little on the small side but, well built. Too bad I will not get to use this weekend as planned. Thanks Amazon!
