You can't really go wrong with Russill Paul when it comes to chant, and this is a great "wake up" collection. However, while the chants are second to none, they're a little too bouncy for moving through the asanas to. So if you're looking for a morning chant CD, this may be the one for you. However, I personally prefer his Shabda Yoga CD, which is more "mellow", for working through my morning yoga routine.

If there are ever CD's of authentic yoga chants that make you want to throw away your old stereo in the trash and go out and buy a top of the line sound system to enjoy the musical experience, Russill Paul's music tops the list!

I have enjoyed listening to Russill Paul's music since 2001. I've listened to the chants for pleasure, to practice mantra chanting, in preparation for meditation, for doing asanas, driving in the car, and even at the gym!

In Russill Paul's music, you will experience a fusion of Eastern and Western sounds blended to please, exemplifying some of the best music of the genre.

Russill Paul is the real deal, when it comes to Yoga chanting. Accept no less! This is really wonderful.

Spiritually inspired and superbly meditative music... I wish he would create more; these days Russill Paul is doing other meaningful things (see his web site, RussillPaul.com). Other of his albums that I have and highly recommend: Nada Yoga; Shabda Yoga; Bhava Yoga; Shakti Yoga
