I'd give this a '0 - star' rating if I could.

It appears that MobileAction (MA) writes SW for many different phones with varying degrees of features and functions. And from my usage of the software I believe the A950 is at the bottom when it comes to features.

I realized after I bought the SW that there was no Syncing capability with contacts, calendars, and e-mails, because many of the vendor's description for the product info says it does. What I missed was the cutesy image MA and their vendors have on display for the product info, it shows what features you get for the phone, but not in detail. Take a look for yourself.

That was my mistake, I could live with that. However, what I got for the other so-called features just seemed like a joke.

1. I can download pics from the phone, but I can't upload back to the phone pics I want to display.

2. There is no way to use the Album feature to delete photos on the phone. You have to use the phone for that (which is an ALL or 1 choice to erase)

3. And As far as the Photo editor that come with the SW, I don't need another photo editor, I have plenty that are much better.

4. I could not even use the File Manager to delete any photos on the phone either. Again, download only.

5. The Sound module (with the MP3 logo) appears to be a MIDI composer. Only 'mid' and 'mxi' file types are supported. Again, even though MIDI is NOT my favorite music type, I could not upload it onto the phone. It has plenty of sample sounds I can play or edit ON MY PC. I did not buy this software to become a MIDI composer.

6. The Music Manager again is very disappointing. I can find all the files ON MY PC, but since there are none on the phone, I want to upload them. And yet again, I could not. I don't need another media player, I need something that will allow me to upload to the phone.

7. Video, same deal.

8. Finally, the File Manager feature is poor. I can look all the files ON MY PC as well as the phone, (which at this point, is only the pic's I've taken). But I can't delete them, or add to them.

I thought I was buying SW that talks to my phone, to upload and download files, to manage it. Even the product information says that it is able to "upload." However, it seems, I've bought a Picture Editor, an Audio Media Player, a MIDI composer, a Video Media Player, and a last-rate File Manager for MY OWN computer; not for the phone.
