Great phone customization tool.,

Everything about this is so easy to use and understand. My E635 was boring and dull because of the lack of good ringtones and wallpapers, now I can put any ringtone I want on it. I can also get the pictures I've taken with my phone onto my computer without having to send emails and such. Though, the transfer speed is a little slow, but it does the job. Great product overall.

This product has a few quirks, but it gets the job done. Customer support worked me through the problem and I was able to do what I needed.
