I don't understand the other reviews when I got this and installed and followed the "instructions" I was able to add custom ringtones and photos. I had no problems though I never tried videos because I did not care to.

This product is garbage it does not work! I have a Samsung T309. I thought this would be a convenient accessory to have. It does not work. The company's Technical support guy says that it will work with the P207 or the T309 drivers. It does not work with either driver. Their sales and Tech service people don't listen. Furthermore, they refuse to exchange or refund for the product. So, I am stuck with this piece of garbage and lost my money!

Works great except you cannot transfer the voice memo files - just the photo & viseo (P207 rogers)
