Back in 2009, I ordered this product and before I knew it, the package was in my mailbox. Fabulous!
This past March, I ordered it again, and waited a longggggggggg time for the package.
Finally, I ontacted the company and got quick response time as well as great service.
They had tried a new shipping service, which turned out to be a fiasco. I was not the only customer whose order was lost in the sky. Lucky for all of us, they terminated the shipping service.
The order was processed again and shipped to me ALL at no expense to me. I know that the value of the item was not that high, but it is the principal of it. The company stood behind their moto, total satisfaction in a timely manner. This is especially important when you live in Hawaii.
We pay extra freight charges for living in paradise, BUT, if the order does not reach our mailboxes, it really becomes expensive to order via the internet.
The cane tips last about 6 months, but I think that my loyalty to this company will last a lifetime. Mahalo!

I found the product used on my quad-cane to be of the highest quality and offered longer life-time of use. They came four to a box and were easy to install on my quad-cane. They are hard to find in regular stores and if found the cost is much more than offered on Amazon.com (even with shipping cost). I think they would are a good deal!
