Rare earth magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnet currently made. They are amazingly powerful for their size and have innumerable uses. These disc magnets are 0.375-Inch (9.5-mm) diameter and 0.125-Inch (3.2-mm) thick. They are magnetized through the thickness. They are composed of grade 40 neodymium iron boron magnetic material and are plated in nickel-copper-nickel for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. Their individual pull force is approximately 4-Pound. Maximum working temperature is 176-Degree Fahrenheit (80-Degree Celsius). Magnets may chip and crack if allowed to snap together.

We were constantly having problems keeping all the coupons, invitations, photos, and school projects on the fridge with the cutesy, funny or freebie magnets in our arsenal. We got these to make things stay put.

And they do. These magnets are small, but they are very, very strong. Only trouble is trying to get one separated from the rest! Now all of our refrigerator art is securely fastened to the door.

These little magnets are incredibly strong. I wanted something that would allow me to display metal signs and license plates on some metal cabinets in my garage. These do the trick, and are far superior to screws or tape. Two to four magnets will hold each item in place, and they can be removed with no marks or damage. I just ordered another 30.

I'm sure there are stronger magnets out there but this is a good buy. it's about a quarter of an inch thick so it's thick and won't break or crack.

I'm studying magnetic therapy (I have a magnetic pillow I've had for years which I swear loosens up my back but I got it for about $150.00 so I'm reading up on magnetic therapy to maybe make my own pillows for my pets and I.
