This Magic Bag is absolutely wonderful, very comforting & handy. My wife and I both have bad backs and it really helps. We actually bought 2 of these and 1 for the neck.

How Do You Spell Relief? Magic Bag!,

I was given a Magic Bag ten years ago as a gift by my chiropractor.
The bag is made of durable, cotton cloth containing non toxic microbeads. The Magic Bag can be used as a hot pack after heating in a microwave for two minutes. The Magic Bag is so versitile it can also be used as a cold pack, after placing in a freezer for fifteen minutes. I give this product an A+ for durability and dependability.

I love this heat wrap, I use it for my neck and shoulder blades. it does take about the full 2 minutes to get a good warmth but after that it holds the heat very well and for about an hour. The only draw back on this is that it does smell like rice (because thats what its made of) would be nice if it smelled like mint or something, but other than that i love this bag!

The bag is too short to fit comfortably on your shoulders. The material was fraying at the end when I took it out of the box. It heats up well in microwave and retains heat about as well as similar bags. Smells like rice when heated. I bought a different bag for $5 on sale at Aldis and it is much nicer and longer.

Really, the only reason I had for buying this was because I'd borrowed my roommate's without asking (I was in too much pain to be considerate). When I offered to wash it, she told me that these bags can't be washed. Seeing as it's a hot pack, and I got my sweat all over it...well that brings us to where we are now.
I'm using her former one, and I like it, but I'm going to be making a 'pillow case' of sorts for it to prevent it from getting gross. I also wish there were some system of straps/buttons on it that would help keep it in place, but oh well. Worth a buy.

We would have never heard about this product if it would not have been for our friends from Canada. And "OOOOOOO CANADA!!!!" Thank you so much! The fact that you can just heat it up for a minute or two and get relief and it makes you hungry (smells like oatmeal) is the best. Soothing, practical, and affordable!! Le Magique!!

Does the trick,

Whenever I'm cold in winter, I pop one of these bags into the microwave and it does the trick. If guests come over and they're the type of people who get cold, they get a magic bag and it's always appreciated. The cons are: they don't stay hot for very long. Mine needs 3 minutes in my microwave rather than the 2 minutes on the instructions. I tore off the huge label (it seemsed to be one of those labels that's perforated and you could tear off) and the seam opened up, with grains flying everywhere. I have to take it to the dry cleaner's now to get it sewed back up... nothing major but an inconvenience.

Love it! The Magic Bag is wonderful! Inexpensive and really helps with the soar muscles. I use for neck and back pain. I just fold & put behind me in the chair. It's also convenient enough that I use this at work.
