MAGIC GARDEN - DEEP RELAXATION

I'm a massage therapist and sometimes find it difficult to find cds that are relaxing without being annoying (e.g. "haunting" melodies). Another problem is that, once I've played a cd a couple of times, I can begin to anticipate the music...unconsciously move in time, hum it in my head, etc. This cd is my all-time favorite. I never get tired listening to it, yet I'd be hard-pressed to hum a few bars. I'm able to center on the work I'm doing, my clients are able to focus on relaxing, and there isn't a Pachelbel's Canon in D anywhere! Wee hoo!

When meditating or just relaxing after a day at the office, I put this CD on and take a wonderful journey into calm, peace, and wonder! When used with meditative and contemplative practices, this music helps create soothing images, and will literally pull you deep into peace. The selections begin at a relaxing pace, then gradually slow to the final selection, a soft, simple 2-part piece that leaves you in the depths of relaxation. I am especially moved by one of the pieces in which Dean's special touch on the electric violin is hauntingly beautiful--almost esoteric in its uniqueness. Can you imagine getting a massage while listening to this?

I purchased this CD looking for something that would reduce my stress and anxiety. The music does just that! I become so relaxed while listening that I tend to doze off.

The music on this CD lets me recollect myself in meditation quicker than any other music or technique I have ever used. The music is beautiful, yet noninvasive so that after awhile it is a wonderfully peaceful background while I focus. Powerful tool! Powerful music!

I like to listen to this CD as I do my evening yoga routine. It's very soothing and relaxing. My mind begins to calm down from the day's activities and let go. This CD is surprisingly effective!

Magic Garden has become one of our favorites at our store in Dallas. It makes great massage music. We also play it in the store and it easily sells itself. I love to play it on my own time, especially when taking a nap. And sometimes I just listen intently out of sheer interest for how the music is developing and unfolding through the songs and cd.
