These little triple A flashlites are really good. They have pocket clips and are water proof. You can hold them in your mouth and battery life is good. Another plus, batteries are available everywhere. LED might be better but not for the same money.

This flashlight is a great companion to medical professionals. Will not fail you when you need it most. Sleek, doesn't ruin your outfit even when placed on a front chest pocket, or moreso a lab coat.
