I'm not quite sure why this is listed as a toy when it clearly isn't. However..... I love this stuff. I've bought about 6 more rolls since my first order. As a teacher who teaches students who learn in many different ways, I've learned to make many different manipulatives that adhere to my magnetic dry erase board. They are great for home too. Just a little piece on a photo and you can stick them to the fridge or wherever.

This adhesive tape is only useful if you want to hang a single sheet of typing paper, nothing heavier. I tried hanging a 4x6 inch photo, and it swiftly slid to the floor. And yes, I used a big enough piece. Also, just because it comes on a tape dispenser, don't think it works like a tape dispenser. I about cut my finger trying to rip a piece off...it just kept stretching. I had to use scissors, so that defeats the whole purpose of the packaging.

And WHY is this listed as a toy? For starters, it's magnetic tape. Not what I'd call a toy. And if it was a toy, it would be a dangerous one with the sharp dispenser points (which don't work, but are still sharp.)

I'll keep it to hang single sheet notes or reminders on the fridge, but nothing else.

This tape has little or no magnetic strength. It won't even stick to itself!

First, this isn't a toy and I don't know why Amazon has it listed as such. I bought it to use as backing for paper to hang on the refrigerator. I've used other magnetic tapes and this one is useless. The sticky part of the tape doesn't stick, and the magnetic part doesn't work. Do not buy this product. Find another magnetic tape.

As mentioned in another review, this is not a toy. I used the magnetic tape on strips of laminated paper. The magnets held fine, but the tape did not hold the laminated paper. I find several strips of paper on the floor everyday with the magnet still stuck to the board. I am applying double-sided scotch tape to the tape to see if that helps. Next, step will be glue. Bottom line - not sticky enough to hold items to magnet.

We tried to hang cardstock using this tape and the magnetic was plenty strong, but the adhesive was not near strong enough. The cards would fall off the metal wall, not the magnets.

After complaining about 'non-delivery, I received a tremendously fast, very polite, response from John, the owner. He was upset to discover that I had not received my order, because they had received confirmation from the USPS weeks earlier. Needless to say, I wanted the magnetic tape because I have several projects where it will come in handy. They agreed to ship it again, but when I arrived home that very same day, the original package had finally arrived. Luckily I got in touch with John (the same one? a different one? it doesn't matter) and they are going to stop the shipment of the second package. I had exceptional service from The Education Station and will gladly return to order more items from them on Amazon. Thank you, to all the people at The Education Station for making my experience better when it could have been far worse.

Not sure why this is catagorized as a toy. This did not do the job that I wanted it to do. The magnetism was not strong enough for the job. I did return this product and was very satisfied with the return process, I am sure that this product is usefull for very light magnetic use.
