I just bought this foundation a week ago and let me tell you that I'm sorry I haven't found this earlier. I have oily/combination skin and I have tried several different powder and mineral foundations. All the other powder foundations I have tried would usually dry out around my mouth and chin area where I normally get dry, but would still leave my t-zone extremely oily by noon time. All the mineral make-ups looked nice on in the morning, but would melt away mid-day and never really provided enough coverage; but this foundation is the best. It doesn't dry out my skin and it soaks up any oil, plus it so much easier to carry it with you during the day then trying to carry mineral make-up and to be honest this is the first make-up that I don't even have to touch up mid-day, but I carry with me anyways because I love it. This is by far the best foundation I have found. And just an FYI in case you didn't read the ingredients, it contains methyl methacrylate crosspolymer, which absorbs oil; cassia angustifolia extract, which is an anti-dehydrating agent and dimethicone, which is a soft silicon that is also found in some make-up primers and this is what gives your face that smooth finish. What more could you ask for in a powder foundation.

I was very hesitant to try this foundation because of the price. I've always been more of a drugstore brand kind of girl. I haven't been happy with the coverage they give for awhile now, by lunch it seems like most of it has melted off. I tried some of those foundations that claim to stay on for 12 hours & they don't look right at all. I have comination skin, very fair. So I gave in & tried this after seeing a demonstration of it on tv. When I first put it on, I wasn't "wowed" much. Seemed like just regular foundation to me, I did like the ease of use, how nicely it went on, and it left my skin with a nice sheer soft feel while still covering nicely. I used it for a week. Let me just tell you, I am in LOVE!!! By lunch at work, it's still looking nice. Because it comes in a nice compact with it's own sponge, I just touch up a few areas (T-zone, chin, etc) and it looks like I have freshly applied make up (as opposed to powder sitting on my face). This also doesn't make lines & pores stand out which is wonderful! Doesn't dry out those areas that can be very drying on some combination skin either. After using it for awhile now, it's so worth the price! I am very fair & bought #200 and it's perfect.

I am so glad I ordered this. It is by far the best foundation I have ever used. It gives amazing coverage and is long lasting. it goes on really well and leaves you with smooth looking skin. I also have battled oily skin and this makeup is the best makeup for that. My skin does not get near as oily as it used to. I barely have to touch up throughout the day. The other great thing is you don't have to use a lot. This is great foundation, I will never stop using it. It is well worth the money!

Ive searched high and low for the best foundation for my skintype- (oily t-zone and occasional blemish)and this is it. This will not settle on fine lines, will not run streaks, and lasts the whole day. (12 hour work day for me)

My hg powder foundation. this is by far the best I've used. I am a honey colored african american and I have used this foundation since it came on the market. I threw out my Mac powder because it doesnt even touch makeup forever. THIS IS SOME GOOD STUFF! I use it with the Hd primer without a concealer,and it goes on smooth, it conceals dark marks and it just feels flawless!!

I finally found something that LASTS ALL DAY and looks natural! I love this foundation, but its soo expensive and u get such a small amount of product! I will definitely repurchase. I put this on at 8 am and at 4 pm, still looked flawless. I did have to blot once, but thats a BIG improvement compared to my other foundations. this is great for oily or combo skin, not sure dry skin can handle this b/c it really stays matte.

I just recieved this product today and I have to say this is the first foundation that I fell in love with. I have been using Bare Escentuals for about a couple of years and thought i'd never stop using it but now this is the foundation I am using from now on. I used it this morning and never had to reapply all day.I usually have to always apply powder through out the day because I have very oily skin and I live where it is VERY VERY hot. I was out all day and my face was not shiny or sweaty and it did not melt off. I highly highly recommend this. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

After searching for literally YEARS for a foundation that had it all, I've found it. My skin is oily in the T-zone, dry around the mouth, acne prone, and has patches of hyperpigmentation (not to mention some wrinkles). This foundation goes on SO smoothly and flawlessly, it doesn't settle in the wrinkles, it evens out my complexion beautifully and it lasts. I use a light moisturizer, mattifier in my T-zone, and MUFE HD Primer without concealer underneath, and my skin stays flawless and looks like I'm not even wearing makeup. I use the sponge that comes with it for areas that need more coverage, and then use an HD brush for all over application and to smooth out the part I applied with the sponge. I've used mineral foundations before, but they react to my skin and sting in warmer weather, but this stuff is perfect. It's also perfect to carry with you if you need to. I'm hooked - it's so worth the $32 pricetag.

I went to a Sephora store, and the person working there said that this was really good for mattifying and for evening out skin tone. I agree with the skin tone bit; I've never had a makeup that matched my fair skin so well. However, I failed to tell her that I have super oily skin. I have to reapply the makeup several times throughout the day, which makes it look pretty cakey by the time I take it off for the night.

If you have dry or combination skin, this can probably work for you. Otherwise, you should probably try something else.

I love makeup forever and this came at a perfect time when i had a wedding to do. I love it
