Best bunny cage I've had..., February 13, 2010

I love this cage, and so does my buns! :) The plastic is this slick material that is easy to clean, unlike my old cage that had rough plastic that her urine/feces just clung to. Also I like that my bunny sits down in the bedding, instead of on wires, b/c it allows her to shove it around and use all the bedding (my old cage had the wire bottom, and there would be like one area that got dirty really fast, and the rest of the bedding would just be wasted, basically). Also the lack of wires is easier on her feet. I can tell she is very happy overall. OH, this is a very large cage, too.
The only thing I would say is a "down side" for me is that it doesn't scoot on the ground very easily b/c of these "feet" on it. I suppose that'd be good for some people, but if I want to relocate her cage it's kind of difficult (although not impossible). Also that hay basket that comes with it isn't that great, I'd get another, but that's not a huge deal.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this cage. :)
