The memory stick with this product does not appear to seat right, so it simply doesn't work. Worse than that, I get no response from Margi support. I emailed them 5 days ago. I called them today and got an ANSWERING MACHINE. I left a message which they say they will answer in 8 hours or less. We'll see! I have only once or twice in my life time experienced service this bad. Searching on the Web, I think this is a known problem, and Margi appears to be hiding out. This product will be going back to Amazon, and when I teach the PDA class I will be teaching next week, I will be letting the class know about my experience!
