Avoid Dealer Cost at All COSTS!,

An order was placed with the assurance it would be delivered in a certain timeframe. After the scheduled delivery date came and went, I sent an e-mail stating that if the item had not yet shipped, to process a full refund. Nearly one month after the initial refund request, on the merchandise I never received, I've still to receive my refund. I guess I'll just have to contact my credit card company and file a claim.
Avoid this company at all costs... unless of course you don't care about time or money! |
