If you're buying this book to help you in the business world it's a mistake. This is a book about Red and how coaching and manageing a team is similar to operateing a business. I am a lifelong Celtic fan and bought it for some insight into the Celtics and their background. I enjoyed it but not as a guide for doing business. Red was a natural at the business side of basketball but it was based on his instincts and not from text books.
