Great once I figured it out February 7, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase
At first, I thought this was going to have to be sent back because it jammed about every 10 sheets. But then I realized I wasn't loading the paper correctly. I was trying to do it the way I did with my machine from 1990, and stagger the paper. Once you fan the pages, press down on plate (not sure what else to call it) under the wheels and place the stacked paper as far down as it will go. Haven't had any jams since figuring that out. Fast and easy.
