I've been wearing these shoes when I walk my dogs each night about 20 minutes. The first time I put them on, I stood up perfectly straight. Every time I wear them, I feel I get a workout, because I use different muscles. They appear to be well manufactured, although I haven't had them long enough to know. I was told by a store clerk that they can be resoled and reconditioned for $50. I highly recommend these shoes.

It seems that since the company changed hands back in 2007, the quality of materials and production is not what it used to be. I really love the way these shoes feel on my feet. They're incredibly comfortable and a blessing for anyone with foot problems. I bought 2 pairs I was so enamored. Regrettably, the soles of both pairs, after about 4 months of normal wear, need to be replaced. I'm 5' 10" and 170# and not hard on my shoes although I do a lot of walking.

On the plus side, the company has made arrangements for a place where you can send these to be resoled--[...]. Check out RYN shoes which seem to be made of much better quality materials with the same shoe build and dynamic but seemingly better materials and design.

I hate giving a poor review on any product. But I also hate being disappointed, especially when more thought to quality and production could make these shoes fly off the shelves. I don't mind the high price if the quality is sound and the life of the product is reasonable. That's not the case with these. The concept is terrific; hopefully some competition by other companies such as RYN will get MBT back on track. In the meantime, RYN shoes will be getting my hard-earned money.

The MBT shoes are awesome. The straighten your posture immediately and are very comfortable. They are also very well made. Don't wait for the knock-offs. These shoes are great.

I bought these with the assumption that the high price would mean high quality. I was mistaken. Although I do believe the concept of the product is sound, the application is a medium to medium/high product that is not durable. The strap holding on the top show lace broke off after just a few wearing. I'll probably look into another brand now emerging in the market instead of MBT in the future.

The MBT's are perfect shoes for those on their feet for long periods of time. There is plenty of support for the foot and the shoe helps with proper posture. There are different styles but they all have the same basic shoe structure underneath. Once you adjust to walking in MBT's you will love them!

I have many pairs of MBT shoes. They're the most comfortable shoes I've worn. Still, they are way overpriced. Try Sketchers, which I think now work as well as these.

Great for walking, pretty good for standing a lot. Can't say they've cured my sciatica but I'm still glad I bought them (on sale). Wear them most days.
They seem very solidly built and I expect they will last a long time.
