5.0 out of 5 stars FORAS ARE A+++++
I am now on my 3rd pair of Foras, as I use them for running shoes, and alternate shoes with training days. I have battled plantar fasciitis, and other foot issues, and eventually had to give up running. I'm now training for a 1/2 marathon thanks to these shoes which will PREVENT a heel strike.
No more swollen knee, no more sore heels....I LOVE these shoes. 5 STARS!

3.0 out of 5 stars Goldilocks disappointment
These shoes seemed like they were perfect. But after an hour of walking they proved constricting. They were simply too narrow for my foot. I even tried multiple sizes, hoping a longer length could compensate. To no avail. I was disappointed, considering my first pair of MBTs are so comfortable. I bought a different style for work months ago. I'm a nurse who spends 12...

I'm a nurse who spends 12 hours on my feet and those shoes took away a lot of my heel and back pain and muscle fatigue. In fact they showed me just how much damage I was doing to my body with ordinary shoes and wanted a pair of sneakers. I'll keep trying. It's worth it to me.

Supportive and comfortable especially for someone with back, hip and knee problems, these shoes are the best. Don't confuse these with the knock offs that sell for less. They may look like MBT's but they do not support the body or feel the same.

I have been wearing MBT for the last five years. These specific shoes feel lighter and have less of a sole on them they are great for running and for work!!! Highly recommend them.

3.0 out of 5 stars They don't feel the same as other MBT's, November 30, 2010

These shoes were recommended by my foot orthopedic surgeon. I've been trying to avoid surgery and decided to get these shoes for now. I was sort of disappointed when I wore these for the first time. I was expecting the same technology as the walking MBT's. Even though they are lighter, they do not work as well for me. I have a missing joint-talonavicular joints to be specific. I guess they would work for someone with minor issues or back problems. Overall, they're ok. I guess. The only positive thing I have to say is that they are not as clunky as the walking MBT's and they weight less. They look like regular tennis shoes and people don't stare at you as much. I don't feel like frankeinstain when I walk.

5.0 out of 5 stars great look and feel, September 25, 2010

i've had my mbt foras for about a month--i love how they look and feel. the foras are lightweight and don't look like typical "fitness shoes" at all. i love the look of the silver. it did not take me long to get adjusted to walking in them. i wear them almost every day to walk the mile to and from work, but it's when i've taken extended walks in them that i feel more of the "burn," like my legs are getting a complete workout. they also help posture because they force you to stand straight when you walk.

i typically wear a 6.5 shoe, ordered these in a 7 and they fit PERFECTLY. so happy i went for the genuine mbts.

I was having severe foot pain and could barely walk. These were recommended by my Rhuematologist. They have a very "springy" sole and have helped tremendously.

These shoes are nicely padded and I like the soft mesh. I like the lower heel, which might not be as good for toning, but it's easier to walk in. I bought these for heel pain too and they are a dream to wear. They only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I don't find them very attractive and I feel geeky wearing them. That doesn't stop me though, they feel great.

These Fora MBT shoes are very comfy I wear a 9.5 and after reading reviews decided to order a 10 and it was the right way to go, 9.5 would have been to small. My problem with them is they make my feet look very large for some reason or I would have given 5 stars.
