5.0 out of 5 stars MBT Tunisha Casual Mary Jane
I love the dressy look of my new MBT's. I'd read here (and on the site where I ordered) that they are running 1/2 size smaller and that I should order 1/2 size larger than my norm. I printed the foot sizing chart and ordered the 1/2 size larger but when they arrived (and they arrived quickly) they were just a tad large. I ruminated about what to do but decided to...

3.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't have the same rocker action
I purchased the MBT Tunisha as well as the MBT Kaya (both mary jane styles) and I can definitely say that the Tunisha falls short. It does not feel like it has the same rocker action as the Kaya. In addition, the sole did not feel as cushioned. When wearing the Tunishas, my heels kept slipping up and down as I walked. I can imagine that I would develop blisters with...

5.0 out of 5 stars MBT Tunisha Casual Mary Jane, June 4, 2009

I love the dressy look of my new MBT's. I'd read here (and on the site where I ordered) that they are running 1/2 size smaller and that I should order 1/2 size larger than my norm. I printed the foot sizing chart and ordered the 1/2 size larger but when they arrived (and they arrived quickly) they were just a tad large. I ruminated about what to do but decided to return them for the 8's and I'm so glad I did. They fit great and function the same as my MBT sandals in terms of 'the walk'. It's GREAT to be able to wear dressier clothes with them! Hope the company continues to upgrade and update their styles so the whole line becomes more contemporary and attractive. MBT's have resolved my foot issues (I'm a therapist on my feet all workday) and I'm very grateful.

4.0 out of 5 stars MBT Transformation, May 22, 2010

I'm on my feet at work all day, and need comfortable shoes. They also have to be BLACK- I didn't want to spend $249 for the black Tunishas, so I bought the Grape color for $119, purchased shoe cleaner and black dye from a shoe repair shop for $12, and now, with a little work on my part, have a perfect pair of black MBTs for half the cost. One shoe was a little snug, so I filled a baggie 1/4 full with water, put it in the toe of the shoe, and froze it in the freezer overnight. The water expanded to ice, stretched the shoe, and now it's perfect. They do however run big on the heel, but a silicon heel cushion fixed that. I've worn them for a week now, and I do recommend this shoe- balancing on the arch helps when you have to stand for long periods of time, and they're comfortable to walk in. Buy 1 size larger, they run short.

3.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't have the same rocker action, February 23, 2010

I purchased the MBT Tunisha as well as the MBT Kaya (both mary jane styles) and I can definitely say that the Tunisha falls short. It does not feel like it has the same rocker action as the Kaya. In addition, the sole did not feel as cushioned. When wearing the Tunishas, my heels kept slipping up and down as I walked. I can imagine that I would develop blisters with that constant friction. I also suspect that the buckle might not keep the shoes in place as well as velcro or laces. I tried two different sizes in the Tunishas and they both had the same problem with the heel slipping. I didn't experience this at all with the Kaya. The Tunisha style is cute and certainly appropriate for work situations, but I didn't feel that the physiological advantage of wearing MBTs was noticeable with the Tunisha. Try the Kaya instead.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great dress shoe for wide, flat feet with heel problems, August 28, 2010
My podiatrist recommended I look into MBT shoes. I have wide, flat feet and have recently been having painful problems with my heels and achillies tendons. These shoes are amazing! After hobbling around in pain for weeks, I can finally walk again. This mary jane style looks great at work with slacks or skirts.

Before I bought this style, I also tried the Sirima on in a shoe store. Although the Tunisha is slightly more casual than the Sirima, I preferred the fit and feel much better. The leather and cut of the Sirima was too stiff and uncomfortable.

I just ordered 5 more pairs of MBT in various styles, and I hope they all feel as great on my feet as the Tunisha!

Sizing note: In normal shoes, I usually wear a size 7. I bought these Tunisha in a size 8, which is what I tried in the store, and they fit perfectly. Snug enough for bare feet or hose, but still enough room for thin socks if needed.

Warning:
Be sure you order from a reputable online site, like Amazon.com, or another site listed on the official US MBT website (located at [...]).

In my search for MBT online, I stumbled across a TON of sites selling "cheap or discount MBTs". Judging from the bad broken English, lack of contact info, odd email addresses, and vague return policies...these sites must be selling cheap knock-offs from overseas.

I even found one fake site registered to somebody in China ([...]) which almost looks like the real MBT site, but IT'S FAKE and comes from China!

5.0 out of 5 stars These are the greatest shoes, ever, November 18, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I've had knee replacements and some trouble with plantar fasciitis. Good shoes have become very important to me. I'd been interested in MBT's ever since I first heard about them. I first got a pair with a tennis shoe style. As far as my feet go, the advice to get a size larger is true. The tennis shoe style was too small for me, but I could tell that the shoes were magic. I then got a pair of sandals and did order a size larger. The sandals rocked. I finally decided I needed a pair to wear to work so I ordered the Tunisha style.

Let me be sure that the readers understand completely that this shoe makes walking fun again! I just got back from a trip to NYC. Absolutely NO problems with all that walking in NYC. My feet and knees felt as great at the end of the day as they did at the beginning. Amazing, really. The shoes help your back feel better too.

I doubt I will ever buy shoes other than MBT's again. They are that good.

Best shoes for being on your feet all day. They tone your muscles and make you stand up straight. They say to go up a 1/2 size but when I did, as I wore them in, they got too loose so I got the second pair in my regular size. They felt a little tight for a few days but now they're perfect. This is my 8th pair of MBT's and you can send them to MBT for refurbishing~

2.0 out of 5 stars Too narrow at toe; sticking with the sneakers., February 16, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I own the mbt sneakers and they are fantastic. I bought this for errands and casual wear. This style is uncomfortable as it was too narrow at the toes. One can only determine this only upon wearing it. Could not return it as it was purchased through a storefront that requires the package be exactly as delivered. Try it on at a store and then order online. If I had done I would have passed on this cute but uncomfortable style.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very pleased with purchase, October 3, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Since I'm working as a cashier, I spend 8-12 hours walking most of the time.. It has been a month ever since I bought Tunisha Mary Jane's, they seem to be very comfortable by now. I have a high arch and I'm suffering from lower back pain and BMT Tunisha shoe helps me to go through my day easier than ever.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Shoes!!, May 2, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This shoes are amazing! The shipping with amazon was very fast. The size was perfect, I ordered 1/2 size bigger than what i normally wear.
This shoes are extremely comfortable, they improved my posture and made walking so easy and fun!! I totally recommend this shoes to anyone who cares about their feet and general health. I've also been able to tighten my leg muscles in ways I've never been able to do before with any other shoes.

I love my MBT's! I first started wearing them three years ago and I have not had any foot pain since. I have bone spurs on both feet. These shoes run a little small so get 1/2 size larger.
