This product is great and replaced my Norton Antivirus program that did not get rid of all viruses and did not have antispyware like this software does. This software works in the background and keeps viruses and spyware off my computer. Highly recommend!

McAfee has been trying for over three months to resolve various problems with the product disabling itself on users' computers.

With an anti-virus product, of course, that's about as bad a bug as you can get.

In my case, the product disables itself every time I use Roxio's Drag-to-Disc.

The forums at McAfee are full of different instances...

After purchasing the product, I am now trying to get it off of my computer. Guess what, they say I have to pay for a telephone support service $9.95 in order to get any help in getting it off. Great system pay to put it on pay to get it off!!

Nothing but troubles with McAfee....don't do it! Came "free" with new computer. Screwed up my whole system. Went back to Norton Anti-virus and am 100% satisfied. All my problems went away when uninstalling McAfee.
