4.0 out of 5 stars GOOD secondary book
This is a quality product, as I have found all Princeton Review to be. It is certainly NOT the primary review you need for the test-only teaches approaches to a handful of problems; let us face it, the mcat test makers have tons of questions to pull from, so you better use Nova's books or the Longer versions of Kaplan or Princeton Review along with this!

This book features problem sets divided by each MCAT subject area. The authors attempt to provide you with "MCAT hacks" by defining common question "types" and teaching you what a "good" answer choice looks/sounds like. While I appreciate that this is a promising premise, the actual impact it has on your test taking remains uncertain. I did not see a significant improvement or develop an incredible prowess for MCAT test taking from this product. However, the tips are not worthless--they could come in handy--and the extra practice is always a plus. If your on a budget, skip this one. If you have already burned through all your practice material and have extra cash to spend, its worthy of your time. "B-"

One area it really is excellent in is the verbal review.
