This pocket knife with its "Fish and Fly" scrimshaw design from internationally reknowned artist Sam McDowell measures 2 3/4 inches in length and is made by Kai Cutlery of Seki City, Japan, a company with a legendary history as makers of fine samurai swords. The blade is surgical steel with a brass liner, nickel silver repousse bolsters, and decorated with an intricate tracery of filework. The handles are highly polished camel bone. Each knife is individually hand-engraved and signed by the artist. Delivered in a custom croc-design leather pouch.
