For what it is, this product works.

However, no where (could I see at least) did it say that it doesn't stand on its own.

This is made for hanging and there are holes on the back of the cardboard insert (which holds in the photo nicely).

But when trying to stand it on its own, it topples over.

Ordered 12 & at least 1/2 were already scratched upon arrival, which was really upsetting since shipping them was expensive, & thus not worth the price. Then I had to chop about an 1/8in off each picture just to get it to fit as best as it could. Bought them to display photos in my work office, but if perfect pictures represent professionality, these frames will leave you short. Not worth ordering since you can find slightly better contructed frames of this type in any craft store without getting it shipped.

My frame was scratched across the front and along the side, which was not apparent until I opened it.

I was looking for a frame to display t-shirt that the company distributes in conferences and events. And I found this one very adequate for that. Easy to work with and not an expensive frame.

I purchased several of these frames for my wife's artistic endeavors. They are very nice frames. There is no distortion in the plastic and they are crystal clear and blemish free; the watercolors we currently have mounted are displayed at their best. The cardboard underpinings seemed a little chintzy, but worked well to support the paper.

While not part of the product review, Adorama Camera is a top-notch retailer; they packaged the frames well and shipped them very quickly.

This is a great way to display the newest art work that comes home from school. I have one for each child and it is easy to change when a new piece of 'Artwork" walks in the door. Also great for calendars that you want to look more like a work of art than a just a 'hang up' calendar.

The frames I ordered came on time, well packed and protected for shipment. I am very satisfied with this product.
