I want my money back. Don't waste yours. The information can range from simple things like references to transfer rates as "MegaBytes" instead of "MegaBits" to test questions which ask about Netware to NT connectivity and the answer has "AppleTalk" as the answer. If Jason is this sloppy, I'd hate to have my network designed by him. This product should embarrass him. The title sould be "MCSE Completely Full Of Mistakes".

sir(jason sirockman),recently i bought a book written by you MCSE COMPLETE version1.1 in INDIA but after the installation of MCSE COMPLETE CD 1.1,when i try to access it i am getting the messsage"dispatcher initialisation error""SHRINKER ERROR" i request you to let me know how to rectify this error as i am not able to access the cd.

I found the CD excellent in coverage and detail and the tests helped me get right to where I needed to read up. I have now passed 5 of the 7 tests using this CD Rom

Although I would not rate this program with five stars by itself, it is an excellent computer training program to complement other texts for the MCSE.

NOTE: Make sure you decide of the two optional programs (MCSE elective exams) before you load the software. It is almost impossible to change them later and this is omitted in the instructions.

I bought this package with great anticipation but I was truly disappointed with the quality of the software as there were just too many errors.

I have just started with Network Essentials. I hope the other topics are not as bad.

Because of errors and inconsistant quality, the tests in this package can be frustrating experiences, but the text is a great supplement to the Microsoft Press texts. At least Sirockman has a uniform style and even an occasional flash of humor, while the Microsoft Press books seem to be written by committees locked away from humanity. I'm close to achieving MCSE, so this package has worked for me. Well worth the price!

The study guide will get you started, I guess, but the tests are full of errors, especially the Networking Essentials module.

Very, very disappointed in the quality of this book. Save your money.

A better title may have been "MCSE COMPLETEly Full of Errors." Answers to many questions are flat out wrong. Poor quality software - the writers must have been under pressure to meet a deadline by not bothering to proof-read or verify the material.

The navigator does not display correctly making it frustratingly difficult to choose the uppermost option (option A) radio button or check box in the quizzes.

The study material is on CD, so you have to have a good monitor to read all the material. The information is brought to the reader in an easy to understand format with several test formats. The test formats could be improved with more questions when retaking a test, instead of giving the same questions.
