These tapes give an excellent overview of major concepts in clear, understandable language. It does assume that you have worked in NT 4.0 before and have a general understanding of how to use the command line and the basic Administrative Tools. Based upon this assumption, they do a great job of sorting out complex concepts and telling you when to use which tools (and in which order) to accomplish a given task. After each concept, the narrator gave a great "for example..." that really did demonstrate how the concept was to be put into practical use. It was a great help to me!
