His strongest areas of expertise include all versions of Windows, Active Directory Services, Exchange Server, Internet Information Server, and Visual Basic. An accomplished author, Michael has written many successful books including Mastering Windows 98, Mastering Windows 2000, and Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional. He has also written numerous articles for the "Windows Tips and Secrets" newsletter.

Dennis Suhanovs (Ontario, Canada) is an MCSE+I, CCNA, CCDA, CNA and MSS, on track towards CCNP and other industry certifications, having 18 straight passes and no failures on exams since 1997 from his first certification. Dennis specializes in Microsoft technologies. His involvement spans Windows NT/Windows2000; Proxy/ISA and SQL, Exchange 5.5 and 2000 deployment, development and administration; many aspects of networking; database and application programming; Web-site design; scripting in various environments; other technologies.
