Seriously, if you have oily skin and large pores, this is the best cleanser you'll ever use. No joke, I have tried everything out there and what I hate the most ABOUT EVERY OTHER CLEANSER is the residue it leaves and I feel like I have to wash my face a few times and I still feel gross, but not with the Glycare Cleanser. The proper way to use this cleanser is applying it on dry skin first; apply on dry palm and massage over dry face for 5-10 seconds. Then add water to your face and continue to rub a few more seconds and rinse realy well. Initially, you'll feel a little tingling on you face, thats the glycolic working in action, but this should subside in a couple of weeks. Also good for senstive skin. This is pharmacuetical product and has the highest amount of Glycolic (15%) sold legally without a prescription. The dermatologist I used to work for, sold this line and literally sold itself; its a result oriented product and the entire MD Forte line is amazing. Not only will it control your oil, but it gives you a glow, soft appearance and is amazing for wrinkles. Glycolic acid and Retin-A, are one of the only few products that will actually produce collagen in your skin topically without injections, the elasticity that keeps your skin looking young. Plus, the glycolic is an exfoliator on a microscopic level and its kind of like giving yourself a mini peel. I swear up and down by this.

I have combination skin and have been using MD Forte for over 5 years. It's very effective in removing daily grime and dead cells. A few times I have digressed and used a cleanser recommended by my dermatologist (their brand) and have always returned to using the MD Forte. I have also tried other glycolic acid cleansers and by far MD Forte is the best. My face feels clean and clear without feeling dry. I use it am and pm in the summer months and once daily during the winter months. It's definitely worth the money and you only need a small amount. Mine last 5 months.

It's winter now and my skin is a bit drier than it is during the summer. I bought this product in the winter and was a bit disappointed because it drys out my skin so badly. I think if I use it in the summer it will do some nice things for my acne though.
