I chose MEC because of the ease of use and their reputation for producing a good product. I was not disappointed. With just a few minor adjustments, I was able to load 200 shells in less than an hour after setting up the machine. I have used the MEC Sizemaster so I did understand the basic processes involved. I chose the 650N because in the event there is a problem at one station, it can be quickly identified and fixed without spilling powder or shot all over your workspace.

I would recommend this to anyone who is new to reloading or just desires more control over the process. As with any reloader, minor mechanical ability is helpful. I did have to reposition the primer tray in order for the primers to drop properly, All stations performed flawlessly, however, if shot is spilled immediate cleanup is necessary. Lose shot causes problems when rotating the shell carrier.
