I love this littel case! It holds everything that you need, without being bulky. I bought one of these five years ago and it has been wonderful. The zipper finally gave out two weeks ago and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find another. All of the diabetic supply stores carry only large intrusive cases in my area and I searched on the net until, thank goodness, I was able to locate this again. I hope that medport never stops making this. The small soft case is inconspicuous, yet holds insulin vials and needles without worrying that they will be broken or damaged. Thank you again for producing such a wonderful travel case for diabetic supplies. I will definitly recommend to everyone!

This case is a convenient size, well made, and easily holds insulin and supplies for several days (although the tiny cold pack in it will only last a few hours, so you need to take that into account). It includes a rectangular sharps-disposal box that's pretty much useless. You can only dispose of one used syringe in it, and then you have the problem of disposing of the box. The space taken up by that box could be put to far better use for other things.
