Picture was different from what I received
First, the picture is a little deceiving. The portfolio i got was a bit larger. Didn't have two sides of storage. Only one side had a zipper compartment. The middle binder part doesn't have any straps to hold anything(there are straps, just not in that location). My finger pricker is about 4-5 inches long, and judging by the picture this thing would be about 6-7...

Smaller than expected
The intent of this organizer is good, however, the pockets aren't as large as they appear. You can't easily fit multiple or extra supplies in it as you would expect based upon the size. It is also a little cumbersome to get items in and out of it. I immediately wanted to order a different organizer the minute I started trying to stock this one. I wouldn't recommend it.

My finger pricker is about 4-5 inches long, and judging by the picture this thing would be about 6-7 inches tall, but the product I received is more like 12 inches.Besides receiving something different from the picture, it's a nice little storage for all of my diabetes supplies. I like it a lot, and it came with a note pad and a small container for discarded needles. I gave this a 4 out of 5 just because of the differences. It would've been a 5.
