Don't fall for it,

The product provides a slight cooling sensation, but have yet to notice any significant relaxing or soothing effects when applied to sore muscles.About the only thing it's good for is acting as a massage lotion that helps you rub knots and sore spots out of active muscles... but just about any lotion can do that. Don't believe the hype.
