Meet the Lalaloopsy Friends

The tree house play set includes two Lalaloopsy friends: Spot Splatter Splash and Patch Treasure Chest. The Lalaloopsy were once rag dolls who magically came to life when their last stiches were sewn. Each has its own personality based on the materials used to make them. Spot and Patch's personality reflects their whimsical world, full of silly surprises.

Plenty of Accessories for Play

Spot and Patch come with their own accessories for play. Spot, who was made from painter overalls, comes with a pet zebra. Patch, who was made from pirate clothes, comes with a pet parrot. The set also comes with a small floor pillow and stool that resemble a sewing kit, a tool kit and paint bucket, and a sandwich and carton of apple juice, just in case Spot and Patch get hungry.

Explore Both Sides of the Play Set

The tree house play set includes two sides for plenty of exploration and discovery. A removable club house acts as home base, and a zip line and bridge between the two trees allows mobility between play areas. Turn the play set around to find open spaces in the branches providing even more places for Patch and Spot to hang out. Play with pet hammocks that let the figures relax, or place them into the working elevator.

You'll also find places to perch Patch and Spot on top of the trees and spin and a basket to lower and raise them.

It falls apart pretty easily, and the bridge does not stay together at all.
Stacy
Though intended for ages 4 and up, it is simple and durable enough that even younger children should be able to play with older ones as well.

Maybe if it was cheaper I would feel differently but it was priced so high I really expected awesome.

Well designed toy that we are all enjoying!!

My kids, 2.5 and 4, are using this house with other small figures, such as mini strawberry shortcake figures and it is mostly compatible.

Pros:
-This is probably the funnest tree house we've seen. Includes an elevator, a look out tower that swivels, two hammock swings and a tire swing that also is a zip-line when attached to the string.

-It's a pretty flexible toy, as the trees separate the the clubhouse is removable. My kid's have been using it in very imaginative ways, such as taking off the look-out tower and climbing up the "coconut trees" to get coconuts down. (The trees are not actually coconut trees, as you probably can tell!)

- There are many different spaces for little figures to play or sit, probably up to ten toy figures could be in the tree house at a time! So far there haven't been many fights about whose people goes where, I think because there are a lot of options regarding where to play.

- The treehouse is somewhat compatible with other small figures, as mentioned above.

Cons:
-The biggest downside was trying to get this toy out of the package. There were a few times where I almost cut myself or broke the toy! So be careful and take your time, ideally opening it NOT when your child is around and clamoring to play with it.

-It's a little tricky to get the dolls in the seat-belts and to stay on the hammocks, as the strings and hooks come off easily. My 4 year old can manage but it may be really frustrating for anyone younger. Fortunately, my 4 yr old helps the 2 yr old, otherwise I don't think I'd get this toy out yet until she was at least 3. Just too frustrating for everyone. But, to be fair the age specified on the toy is 4 and up!

I bought this toy with the understanding that I would need to fix a few things before letting the kids have at it. The reason I bought it is that it works purly on imagination. No lights, no obnoxious music, no batteries required, thank goodness! Firstly the toy needs a base, without it the trees are top heavy and will constantly be falling over, after a few times the frustration outweighs the fun. I made one pretty easily out of a board, some green crepe paper, and polyurithane. The basket that goes up and down needed a way to nicely land in it's spot, a few magnets and glue later it is perfect. I will not be letting the kids take the clubhouse on and off. It does not come off easily and after a few times I can see it breaking. The whack a mole is cute, but pointless, it doesn't work well and I can't see much pretending going on with it. With all the changes I had to make I don't think this toy is worth more than 25.00$ I paid 35.00, and I sincerely hope no one goes out and pays 50+ for this toy as it is not worth it for that price. All that being said I am happy with my purchase.

Got this for my daughter...we were so disappointed that the dolls dont stay and they are difficult to get in the "seat belts".... Go buy velcro dots!!!!! I cut them in half and a half round fit perfect under the back of the dolls dress! I put the other velcro dots all around the tree house and now the dolls stay in place and she can move them all around!!!!! Yay!!!!

My five year old daughter was begging for this tree house for months leading up to Christmas. "Santa" brought it for her and she and I are both quite disappointed. It is a very flimsy, light-weight toy. It comes apart easily and she can't play with it without having it tip over. The parts come off/apart too easily. If you don't place a hand on top of the tree house to steady it while you play, it will tip over. It's only a week past Christmas and the tree house sits in my family room in about 5 different pieces barely touched. She loves her Lalaoopsy dolls and they are well made and so cute, but this tree house needed some additional thought/work.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
This toy is quite imaginative as it has so many things to do that are creative and I haven't seen in other toys. For example, there is a paint brush and paint can included: my granddaughter loved dipping the brush in the can and painting the houses and bridge. There are two kids and two pets to play with and numerous accessories. Additionally, the zip line and rope elevator are fascinating to the little ones. Add in the colorful tree house in general and you have one lovely toy.

My granddaughter is almost three and my niece is seven and they played together for over an hour, which I think is quite good for a non-electronic toy (sorry to say). I'd say that for the 3 year old, it was more difficult to maneuver the opening of the doors and the zipline, etc., and it may have been frustrating if my older niece wasn't there to help her or show her what to do. Indeed, the age range here begins at 4, so that is probably on target.

If your child is not one to pick up after themselves, I could see this toy as a nightmare though as there are numerous teensy-weensy pieces integral to the enjoyment of the set that could easily find their way under the sofa. And with that beig said, the pieces would be dangerous if you have a younger sibling in the family. My granddaughter is 3 and I feel I have to be in the room with her when she is playing this as there still is a chance she could put the things in her mouth (ear or nose for that matter!!)

But for the proper age group, this toy is adorable.
