My 5 year old daughter got this for Christmas and has played with it maybe three times. She is sort of a tom-boy though. It is a really pretty doll and great for a girl that wants to play with glitter, make up or hairstyles. Here are the downfalls based on my personal experience with this toy; the glitter, and make up is very difficult to clean off of the plastic face of the doll and it is very messy and can be spilled easily (reminds me of play doh). The base could be a bit larger or wider, the dolls head is quite large and can easily tip or fall. Also the hair is very straight and has limitations to how a girl can style the doll's hair. If you have another younger child or a baby or even a toddler at home, this toy is is not recommended unless you take away the glitter, make up, and small parts that come with it. Your little girl may think this toy is useless without those items, but she can still brush and play with the hair.

This hesd is awesome. I teaches you how to style hair. IF YOUR DAUGTER WANTS TO LEARN HOW TO STYLE HAIR THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO GET STARTED!

This doll is soooooooo cool! I'm a BOY and I play with it. If your going to buy a styling head of any variety, NEVER buy one with blond hair or blond streaks! Luckily Yasmin hasn't got any.
When I'm older I want to be a hairdresser and this styling head is great for practising on. Bratz are way better than my scene or Barbie any day of the week! So remember 'THE GIRLS WITH A PASSION FOR FASHON......BRATZ!'

this toy is the coolest! the hair is really easy to brush and style, and the makeup is awesome! the barbie one's hair is knotty and hard to brush, but not this ones! i got sasha yasmin and chloe for christmas. i'm just wondering why they only have the white ones on display....and not the black girl? same goes for my scene and barbie styling head. I DEFINATLY RECCOMEND THIS TOY FOR GIRLS WHO WANT TO STYLE HAIR!

Not only does the Bratz "Funky Fashion Makeover" provide real glitter and make-up for the doll and kids to wear, but it also provides long, silky hair that is perfect for styling! I recieved this toy over the summer of 2002 and boy, did I love it! I enjoy styling my other Bratz dolls' hair, but when I discovered a big Bratz head, I was thrilled. The hair is easy to brush out, it is silky and soft, it doesnt frizz up wen it gets wet- it's great! Not to mention the cool glitter and accesories it comes complete with. There is no doubt that if you want your child to expand her creativity level- you must get her this toy!

I PURCHASED THIS TWO YEARS AGO FOR MY NIECE WHEN SHE TURNED SIX. SHE WAS SPEECHLESS WHEN SHE TORE OFF HER GIFT WRAP AND THANKED ME AND HUGGED ME TO PIECES. THEN SHE NEVER PUT IT DOWN. IF YOU'RE A PARENT WHO'S NERVOUS ABOUT SMALL PARTS - THROW THEM AWAY! THESE PARTS ARENT NEARLY AS SMALL AS BARBIE'S PARTS WHICH SEEM TO BE VERY POPULAR AMONG YOUNGER LITTLE GIRLS. THIS IS ALSO A VERY PRETTY DOLL. MY NIECE LOVED THE IDEA THAT SHE COULD USE THE MAKE-UP TOO. THE MAKE-UP DIDN'T BREAK HER SKIN OUT. THIS DOLL COMES IN A VARIETY OF ETHNICITIES AND THE HAIR ON THE DOLL IS FULL AND BEAUTIFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BECAUSE AS A LITTLE GIRL I HAD THE BARBIE VERSION AND THERE WERE HUGE BALD SPOTS IN THE BACK OF HER HAIR MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO TRY DIFFERENT STYLES. ALL IN ALL THIS IS THE BEST I'VE SEEN YET. DON'T MISS OUT ON THE LOW PRICE EITHER!

I got this for my daughter last Christmas and she became so frustrated with it. My daughter is 6 years old and loves make-up. The make-up that comes with this is awful. It is just gel and glitter, which is hard to clean up and doesn't look that great either. It would be better if it included lipstick, blush and powder eye-shadow. She never did enjoy playing with it and it eventually got tossed. I was very disappointed, because the styling head itself is beautiful. With the right make-up it would be awesome.

My daughter is 25 and is a hair dresser. She uses the brat head dolls to prctice and she thinks there a good model for her. All the people at her work use the brat head dools.

MY MOTHER BOUGHT ME THIS TOY ON THE CHRISTMAS WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND MOST OF THEM WERE SOLD OUT AND MY MOM LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR THIS TOY AND HER TIME AND PATIENCE WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE THIS IS A WONDERFUL TOY!!!! TRUST ME BUY IT!!!!
