I got Bratz I-Candy: Phoebe today with my allowance. She is my first Phoebe doll. Phoebe is Roxxi's twin sister. They are also available in the Bratz Twiinz set. It includes Roxxi (not the one in the Treasures collection) and Phoebe (not this one). It costs $30-$35, so it is less expensive to buy Treasures Roxxi and I- Candy Phoebe if you do not collect Bratz and only want one of each twin.
Hair:
Phoebe has dark red hair. It is about to her butt and has black and green streaks. The black streaks are all over her hair. They are on all Phoebe dolls. There are only two green streaks. One goes into a little ponytail on the side of her head. The other is in her bangs. Only this Phoebe doll has the green streaks.
Eyes:
Phoebe has light purple/blue eyes. There is a little white stripe in them. There is also a white dot in the black part.Her eyes also have a little purple stripe in the white part. They are smaller than most Bratz eyes.
Makeup/face:
Phoebe is wearing light green eyeshadow close to her eyes. There is a brown stripe (not her eyebrow) above it. There is darker green eyeshadow above the stripe. It is see through. She has orange lipstick. It is shiny and glossy. Her teeth show a little. She also has light pink blush on her cheeks. Her eyelashes are black and are above and under her eyes. They are painted on. Her eyebrows are above the eyeshadow. They are light brown. There is also a light brown mole above her lips.
Clothes:
Phoebe comes with one outfit instead of two. I don't think this is a problem, because I usually leave the original outfits on my Bratz most of the time. Also, Phoebe is less expensive without the other outfit. Phoebe's outfit is:
shirt: It is black with red, green, white, and yellow green spots shaped like eggs all over. They get smaller in the back. The sleeves and part under her neck are plain black. The shirt has Velcro in the back, so you just unfasten it and slip it off her arms.
skirt: It is light green with dark blue lines all over it. It has a cut out triangle shape with more of the same material undser it. There are two pretend pockets on the sides. They do not really open. There are two belt loops on the sides. It also has Velcro in the back, but it doesn't come completely to the bottom, so you unfasten it and slide the skirt down. There is even black underwear built in.
belt: The belt is light green. It has black stitching and a silver ring in the middle. It Velcros in the back and slips in the belt loops on the skirt.
shoes: Phoebe is wearing green sandals. To change the shoes (no other shoes are included with Phoebe), you snap the foot/shoe off. The shoes usually have skin on part of them. It is painted black this time, because Phoebe also has black tights painted on her legs. The shoes have to match! She can share feet with her friends, too.
earrings: They are green circles with smaller circles inside. They really come out of her ears, unlike Barbie earrings. She can wear any Bratz earrings.
Phoebe also comes with a few accessories. They are:
purse: It is light green (of course!). The handles are long. There is black trim around it. It really opens and is held closed with Velcro.
hairbrush: It is star shaped and light green. It does not really work very good. American Girl doll hairbrushes work great, so you should buy one of those instead if you want to keep her hair nice.
trading card: The card is green and two colors of light green. It says BRATZ i*Candy on the front and back. There is a picture of Phoebe and her name on the front. The part with Phoebe on it is a sticker. I am leaving it on the card, because I collect them (I only have four, though).
The box:
Phoebe comes in a light green box with cartoon pictures of her on the sides. The picture on the back is of the actual doll. She looks a little different in the picture. It must have been the original design.
As usual, Phoebe is hard to get out of her box. There are three twist ties, a plastic thing holding her feet in, and lots of strings. There is even a plastic wire in her head! Usually I have to cut those, but I was opening her in the car so I just yanked her out.
This is a pretty Bratz doll. The only problem is that her legs are black. She is one of my favorite Bratz.

I don't have the I Candy Bratz but I want them. I might buy them because they are only ten dollars each. That's a great price for a Bratz, and I don't care that they only have one outfit.
Phoebe is one of the Twiins. Roxxi is her Twiin. In this set, Phoebe has long dark red/brown hair and green eyes. Her hair has light green streaks.
She wears a black shirt, green skirt, and green shoes. The shoes and feet snap on n' off.
The only problem is that her legs are painted black! Why can't she just wear black tights? If she did, her friends could wear the shoes, but they are black also!
They only made three dolls in this set: Phoebe, Cloe, and Yasmin. Why is Cloe in EVERY set? None of the others are! I am sort of tired of so many Cloes. They should make at least one set without her. Jade and Sasha are not in this set, but I think they should be. Jade is my favorite Bratz!

I own this doll, and most poeple on this dont so you cant really judge it! This doll has cute clothes and awesome hair If you guys really want to stop this dumb little "War" whatever you guys call it just stop talking to each other! Your not even supposed to be talking it even says in the review guidlines. Anyway this doll is great! K3L7M5

When the first editon Twiinz: Phoebe and Roxxi came out, Phoebe was my favorite. But then, when i saw this doll, i quickly changed my mind. This is..really really bad looking. Not only is she cheap looking, but her hair also gets terribly matted. The outfits are ugly, and the green makes me sick. Sorry, but this, and the other I Candy dolls, have got to go! If you want a good Phoebe doll, you may have to wait a while because even Campfire Phoebe isn't that great. You don't have to listen to me, but thats my opinion. If you want a kind of *cute* - *girly* doll, try one from the Ooh La La collection. Those are perfect.

Phoebe, was 1st introduced in the Bratz "Twiinz!" collection in 2004. The "I-Candy!" collection has only 3 dolls in it.

This collection doesn't have much accessories and clothes. But it is still fun and cool. Great for display and play with!

Out of the 3 "I-Candy!" dolls, Phoebe is the cutest and prettiest!!

P.S.I always give Bratz 1 star,because they are very ugly.

I'd say Phoebe is the best in this collection. She is the cutest and I love her legs, which are WAyyy better than Cloe's orange ones (^_^)!!

Yay Cherry Trip! She now likes bratz! I luv the i candy collection and have phoebe. If you look on treasures roxxi, my review was called 'Is My Name Bad Then?'. But now, my name on Amazon isn't Roxxi, it's Zoey! Courtesy of Zoey 101! Hooray!!!

PRO'S:
-Origionality was used while designing this doll.
-It's colorful, and looks like candy.
-One of the Twiins.
-pretty, light make up.

CONS:
-Dry, messy hair.
-Only one outfit.
-a bit cheap.
-Painted legs.
-not very durable.
- can be boaring.
-the green makes me SICK!!


If you buy this doll, keep it in the box and hide it under your bed. . . . .

Sadly I-Candy Phoebe's hair is a mess. It's very dry. Her hair is 3 different colors: dark red, black and green. I really think MGA could have done without the green. The outfit looks more like an old woman's outfit. I like that she has black legs so it looks like she's wearing tights.

All in all this is not the best Phoebe doll. The 1st Edition is way better. I can pass on I-Candy.
