Jade is the only doll in the Bratz "Slumber Party" line that I really like. Her two-piece pajama set features prints containing Asian-themed motifs, making the outfit reminiscent of more traditional outfits such as the Japanese Kimono. I also liked Jade's hair style, as she's usually given just straight hair. I disagree with a comment, made in an earlier review, that the Asian theme with the clothes and accessories turned Jade into a stereotype. I admit the "ethnic" touches are rather generic, but they are what give this paricular Jade her charm. All of the previous Jades, like her fellow "Bratz Packers," have worn primarily contemporary street fashions; "Slumber Party" is the first time that the toy line's designers have emphasized (if only superficially) Jade's Asian heritage. As an adult collector, I'm bewildered by the overall theme of the "Slumber Party" line; each doll bringing beauty and makeup accessories (I think Jade bring's hair care, I'm not sure). Whatever happened to kids eating potato chips over a late night movie?!?

Jade's basical theme here is her Asian background. She has matching robe, pjs, and her bag (flower print on each) and her fuzzy peach slippers. Her fuzzy buddy is a dinosaur, and her thing to bring is hair stuff. She comes with a blow dryer, brush, curler, and three hair accessories. For fun she has her blue fuzzy phone and three magazines for styling and browsing. Like all the others, she has a diary and pen, toothbrush and paste, and her other PJs are kitty printed.

Jade has a bunch of really cool flowery PJS, catty PJS, and a bunch of cool accessories. She has cool Japan-style stuff like her bag and her hairdo, and it works for her.

My name is Viki I'm 12, and I absolutly LOVE this doll! She is my fave out of all the bratz, and she was my first bratz doll. She is very durable, I have had her for almost a year now and not a thing has broken. Also she is VERY fun! Like I said, I have had her for almost a year, and I still play with her and all my other bratz every single day. This is quite an accomplishment for me; all mt other toys are gathering dust :) She is educational too, she is teaching about Japanese/Chinese heritage in the pjs she wears. No, that is NOT steriotype, it's culture! Her hair also encourages creativity. I have the short hair version and I love dreaming up all diffrent hairstyles for her! In short: BEST DOLL EVER!
To all parents: Every single one of the Bratz dolls are worth every penny you pay for them! I recomend all of them, but this doll I think is the absolute best!

I love Jade dolls, and this one is no exception! And I like that her hair is short. Not all of us have long hair! And she's still as cute as ever! What I like the most, though, is that she comes with a little animal thing. I think if you area bratz fan or collector, you should get this.

This Jade doll is, in my opinion, the best Bratz doll yet...for collectors. Her clothes and accesories are well made and display well, her new short hair is definitly a plus, and its nice to see a doll for young girls dressed in pajamas that aren't revealing. This doll actually comes with pajamas and undergarments which is unique. All the little pieces and the different clothing and accessories make this an excellent new doll for Bratz collectors like myself, but don't expect a young child to hang on to all this stuff. Little features like the sleep mask being sewn onto the the head, the ornate hairstyles and the flocked slippers make me think that Bratz are usually intended for those 10-years old and up. Though the box may say differently, buying a doll like this for a child younger than that probably just isn't worth it.

I was so surprised (and happy!) to find this "new" Jade! Being a big fan of this particular doll, I'm so glad to see that she now looks her ethnicity and she's gorgeous! The "silk" pj's are made from wonderful fabric that is as durable as it is beautiful. The overall look of Jade is that of a collectible; I almost didn't want to remove her from the box. However, all of the fun accessories made me think twice! Children and collectors should enjoy the mini magazines, make-up and hair styling extras that accompany the doll. Highly, highly reccommed to add to a collection! Way to go MGA!

I remeber when the first "Slumber Party" dolls came out in 2003 (When I didn't notice because my parents never bought me anytyhing that was on T.V) and I was upset that they didn't make them anymore , untill now. Jade looks awesome in her japanese-oriented PJ's and accessories. She is a must-have for any bratz collector and make's a great gift for girls aged 5 - 12.

my mom lets me pic out my own b-day presents so i picked jade she is really really pretty but the one i gots hair was dif than this mine came in two lil braids jades pajamas are so cute and are japanees themed jades thing to bring is hair care and she brings alot of it the only thing i didnt like bout this doll is that her hair frizzed as soon as i took her out of the box..... happy shoping

Jade is my second favorite in the Slumber Party Collection. She has small dark brown eyes. Her hair is black with brown streaks. It is in two braids with a knot in the back. Some Jades have the three ponytails, and I like that style better. It makes her head look bigger.
Jade has two outfits. The original outfit is a pink tank top, dark green capri pajama bottoms, a green and red robe that ties in the front, a red and yellow eye mask, and orange fuzzy slippers. The only problem with this outfit is the inside of the robe unravels and it makes it hard to get her fingers through- plus strings hang out of the sleeves. The second outfit is a white top with black straps and a blue cat and blue cat pajama bottoms.
Jade's Thing to Bring is Hair Accessories. She comes with a headband, blow dryer, mirror, comb, and fashion matgazines. She also has a pink bag with a girl on it that looks a little like her, a smaller light pink and blue bag, a stuffed dinosaur toy, a red toothbrush, toothpaste, red nailpolish, an orange diary, a pen with a blue ball on top, and a strange looking red thing.
Jade is sitting on my dresser with the other Slumber Party Bratz. She is on a Barbie bed writing in her journal with her friends around her!
