This 19-inch long Baby Chou Chou doll is a great introduction for young girls interested in being the mommy--because she actually knows who mommy is! An included necklace can be worn by the doll’s caretaker, and through the use of an RFID chip, the doll will recognize the necklace and its wearer as "mommy." Lifelike actions such as crying, feeding, and tickling come into play, giving little ones the chance to be the grownup and care for baby.

When Chou Chou is left alone for more than 30 seconds, she will start to cry. Mommy can then pick her up and take care of her. Once Chou Chou is picked up, hugged, and patted, she will calm down. Feed Chou Chou with the bottle and then listen to her hiccup and burp once she’s finished eating. For play time, mommies can tickle the doll or place the included plush toy next to her tummy. This will make Chou Chou happy--until mommy leaves again for more than 30 seconds.

Chou Chou comes with a bottle, plush toy, and a heart-shaped necklace for mommy.

The doll is dressed in a long sleeve soft pink romper with a matching bonnet and booties. Her adorable face has kissable cheeks and fixed blue eyes that look lovingly at whoever is currently holding her. Chou Chou’s soft body make her ideal for snuggling.

This is a great doll. She's very sweet and pretty. My g-daughter really loves her and won't let her sisters play with her because she doesn't want to confuse her baby about who her Mommy is.

I bought this doll for my granddaughter in 2007 and she still loves it. I bought the clothes for it and also the stroller and all in all these are part of her everyday play. She is 4 now.
Highly recommended.

My daughter received this Chou Chou and the Mommy Make me Better Chou Chou. She does not like this one, it was not at all worth the money paid. If I could return it I would. the Mommy Make Me Better is a great doll and she plays with it all the time. This one sits in her baby crib. Although it is a 'softer' doll than the other, it is awkward. It does not work with the necklace, or at least we have not noticed any difference in the baby and thd necklace, and it never shuts up. We have to turn it off.
