Lovely, but buy extra bands., May 13, 2011

I love, love, love this watch! I bought it for myself and it is absolutely gorgeous. However, after 6 months of continuous, every day wear, the gold on the band started to rub off. I was disappointed with this, but I went to Nordstroms and bought a couple leather bands for $65 (sometimes Nordstrom Rack has them for cheaper). Now, I still have the beautiful face of my watch every day (of which the gold never faded) and I can change my bands with the seasons. I leave the gold/diamond band stored away and only bring it out for special occasions.
Also, the battery died after 1 1/2 years. I thought it would last longer. But, it kept perfect time when the battery was good.
Overall, I'm so glad I bought this watch!
