Before I start there is one issue, the bags comes in plastic bags of 5 each not cardboard boxes as show. But this is only a minor point.
These generic "F/J/M" bags work fine. They do have a cardboard connection at top, instead of plastic, but have had no problem yet so it doesn't make a difference to me. There almost exactly like the older version of Miele bags. The new Miele Style FJM HyClean Vacuum Cleaner Bags are just too expensive a $18.95 for 4 bags, about $4.74 a bag. And who needs that plastic flap, when the bag is to full it doesn't close. You get 25 bags for $34.95, about $1.40 a bag. These bag work fine and I will continue to buy them as long as they are available. Besides isn't the plastic on the new bags bad for the environment, you throw the entire bag out so it is not recycled.

The Miele original bags just keep getting more expensive. These are an excellent alternative. Yes they have a cardboard collar but this does not inhibit the performance. The plastic setup on the Meile is expensive overkill.
The bag material itself seems just as good as the Miele version at a fraction of the cost.

I just opened my Miele to change the Envirocare Vacuum Bag and was disgusted to see how filthy the inside of my canister was. The filters were also so clogged with dirt that I threw them out with the knock off bag. I never saw the interior chamber of my vacuum this dirty when I used the real Miele F/J/M bag.
I just went to Amazon and place an order for the real deal. Don't care if I pay almost $5.00 a bag....just think what is leaking out of the fake bag that adds dirt to my household!
